Step by Step, how to make dried meat ( Bakkua )

 Ingredients that you'll need;
1 pound of ground pork/ chicken
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs cooking wine
 Put them in a bowl as in picture, use a chopstick and mix them in one direction until it become gluey. Then put them in the parchment paper or wax paper, as in picture above, put a cling wrap over it, and roll it thin, about 5 mm. Put it in the baking sheet. Preheat oven to 250 F
 Bake it for 30 mins and then switch the temperature to 350 F, bake for another 15-25 mins, depending on the thickness. Check on regularly as it will become burn quickly. This is how it looks like after it is done.

 I usually cut it up into smaller pieces so my little one can grab them easier. It is good to be eaten like that as a snack or put it with a slice of bread, as a sandwich. I personally like it a little bit darker in colour as it is crispier and taste better. Cut out the burnt part of the meat, you don't want to eat that!
Good luck if you're making them. It's very easy to make, satisfaction guarantied. I have a lot of people asking for this recipe. I hope you like it too!
